Morning Weigh in – 334.8 . . . wrong way dude
So . . . ya’ll might remember that yesterday I mentioned that eating my wife’s chili didn’t seem to impact my blood sugar in a bad way. The next step was to test my weight this morning. Well, yesterday I was 331.4. Today I was 332.
