  • Peppers
  • Salad
  • Sugar Free Pound cake (1 slice)
  • Total Carbs – 15

4th Meal

  • Sugar Free Ice Cream
  • 2 slices of Sugar Free Pound cake
  • Total carbs – 30

Final Thoughts

Um . . . 55 carbs . . . . I still haven’t eaten stuff that I shouldn’t, however, I need to control my portions . . . crap 2 pounds gained! I’m gonna go get some more sugar free ice cream! :shock:
